Canada: 6-12 business days
International: 10-20 business days
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order Never Arrived:
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at email@example.com making sure you quote your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
The last thing that we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then place get in touch with a photo within a week’s time!
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rate, it’s possible that the garment was mislablled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
All orders are printed on demand, which means that it is made especially for you. We ask that you allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 5-8 business days for shipping. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders are processed between normal business hours, 9am-5pm CST, Monday through Friday.
Is there a brick and mortar location available to purchase merchandise in-person?
Currently, we are only accepting orders through our website. As we continue to grow, we will consider a store front if the demand is there.
I don’t see the colorway that I would like for a certain design. May I request it?
Yes, absolutely! While we typically disallow custom orders, we would love to experiment with a colorway that you desire. If you like it, there’s a good chance that someone else may like it as well. Message us on Facebook or contact us directly at email@example.com for your inquiries.
What is the rule of thumb for selecting the right sized shirt?
All our products are true to size. Please take this into consideration prior to placing your order to avoid issues with the fit.
